Peter Lawrance has been a real estate practitioner and licensed auctioneer in WA for over 45 years.  Always passionate about the pursuit of excellence in real estate and auction practice, he has served on numerous REIWA committees  including five years chairing the REIWA Auctioneering network and twelve years as a REIWA councillor.

He has always believed in the absolute requirement for openness and transparency in the auction sale process and was the prime mover in the introduction of the industry regulation of “The Real Estate Auction Code of Conduct;” approved and endorsed by the ACCC. 

He currently teaches auctioneering, coaches auctioneers and has been involved with the running and judging of the REIWA state auctioneering championships in WA for more than twenty years.

He and his wife Carolena, are the owners and principals of Avanti Residential, a leading small Real Estate agency in Perth’s Western suburbs. As a consultant auctioneer, Peter is regarded as one of Perth’s leading auctioneers.
