As the Head of NSW for Apollo Auctions—one of Australasia’s premier auctioneering groups—Ricky plays a key role in shaping and elevating auction standards across the state. He is also a respected industry leader, serving as a Board Member of the Real Estate Institute of NSW, Chair of the Auction Chapter, and Chief Judge, where he is widely recognised as a passionate advocate for the auctioneering profession.

In addition to his auctioneering career, Ricky is the Managing Director of Elders Advantage Group, leading a multi-office operation spanning four locations across the Hunter Region of NSW.
